Radial shaft seals

Radial shaft seals

Radial shaft seals cover the drive shaft to the atmosphere outside of the pump. They are located permanently in the casing or casing cover. The sealing lip is on the surface of the rotating shaft and is normally pressed from a spring and the pressure radial on the shaft surface. To prevent wear on the rubber lip and to ensure the seal effect, the shaft must have a high surface quality and hardness.

Can be used in the following pumps:

  • [CHEM]
  • [PURO]
