Polymer pumps for the plastics industry
Polymer pumps have an extra large inlet opening to ensure a uniform product flow to the gears. These pumps are used in the polymer manufacturing process to drain melt reactors and are extremely reliable even under extreme conditions such as vacuum or low NPSH conditions. WITTE polymer pumps can be adapted with a variety of modifications. Different inlet openings are available as well as low Npsh versions or various sealing variants. In addition, we offer comprehensive additional services for the POLY series, such as regular maintenance, installation service in the plant or on-site support during the start-up process.

Conversion service for discharge pumps
Third-party products of other gear pump manufacturers are converted in our workshops and equipped with higher quality and more resistant shafts, bearings and seals. This allows throughput rates to be increased and maintenance intervals to be extended. Cost-intensive new purchases can thus often be avoided. We can supply these spare parts for many makes of other large well-known manufacturers. Especially for large discharge pumps a retrofit can result in significant improvements of the process and the end product.

Special pump construction for the polymer industry
We can offer our polymer pumps in different versions, with square or round inlet or with shortened inlet flange. Alternatively, we also develop solutions that are precisely adapted to the system and the installation situation. Modified versions with the same footprint and double throughput are already in use at many customers. We can also consider the dimensions of a third-party product and replace them with a modified Witte version.
