Transfer Pumps
WITTE gear pumps are used as transfer pumps in a wide variety of processes. Depending on the application, different series are used. This means that a wide variety of pumping media, from low to highly viscous, can be pumped without having to change the pump manufacturer.
- Transfer pumps of the CHEM series are extremely flexible in design and can be offered in various variants and configurations thanks to a modular system.
- Transfer pump for differential pressures up to 120 bar, suction pressures vacuum up to 15 bar
- Transfer pump for temperatures up to max. 500 °C in combination with a magnetic coupling.
- Transfer pump for viscosities up to 1,000,000 mPas or higher.
WITTE is therefore able to supply the appropriate pump for each process stage. The prerequisite is that no solids are contained in the medium. Transfer pumps are gear pumps which, due to their design, are not capable of pumping solids-laden media or only up to a certain particle size.
