Stainless Steel Pumps

Stainless steel pumps

WITTE stainless steel pumps are mainly used for transfer tasks and for hydraulic and dosing applications.

The stainless steel pumps of the CHEM series are exclusively designed and assembled in Germany. Upon customer request, we also install the pumps directly in the plant and are on site during commissioning.
  • Stainless steel pumps of the CHEM series are extremely flexible in their design and can be offered in various variants and configurations thanks to a modular system.
  • Stainless steel pump for differential pressures up to 120 bar, suction pressures vacuum up to 15 bar
  • Stainless steel pump for temperatures up to max. 500 °C in combination with a magnetic coupling.
  • Stainless steel pump for viscosities up to 1,000,000 mPas or higher.
Stainless steel pumps for the chemical industry:
  • Metering pumps for organic and inorganic chemicals
  • Circulation pumps for hydraulic fluids
  • Feed pumps for chemicals, demanding, abrasive or corrosive media
  • Transfer pumps for additives, alcohols, lyes or bases
  • Magnetic drive pumps for safe operation with critical media according to the requirements of TA Luft.
  • Submersible pumps for emptying containers and drums

Installation, maintenance and repair service:

We also offer a comprehensive maintenance and repair service for CHEM stainless steel pumps. We have spare parts for many pump sizes in stock at our branches in Germany, the USA and China. In the event of damage, our service teams can be on site within 24 hours in Europe and within 48 hours in most countries outside Europe.

Stainless steel pumps for the chemical industry:

In addition to stainless steel pumps in standard designs, we also supply special pumps according to special customer requirements. We take over the complete engineering as well as the research and development work.

We can also carry out test runs close to real operating points on our in-house test bench.

We have already realized stainless steel pumps according to customer requirements in a wide variety of designs. For example, ceramic pumps for pumping high-temperature brine operating at temperatures in excess of 500 °C. The pumps are designed for use with a wide range of applications.

Stainless steel pumps for extreme design pressures up to 575 bar are also part of our portfolio.

The process is often significantly improved through the use of these pumps.

If you have any questions regarding the development of special pumps or the use of special materials, please contact our materials expert and sales manager Mr. Carsten Pump.
