Spinning Pumps
WITTE spinning pumps are gear pumps of the CHEM series, which have been specially designed for use in fibre production. These are high-precision pumps which are used in the production of yarns and fibres made of polymers such as PA 6, PA 6.6 or PP.
- Spinning pumps for use at temperatures up to 300 °C
- Spinning pumps for the production of filament fibres
- Spinning pumps for finest dosage from 0.6 ccm
- Spinning pumps for applications up to 480 bar
- Spinning pumps with variable number of outlets
Spinning pumps have a different number of outlets depending on requirements. Different throughputs are possible depending on requirements. As a rule, several of these pumps are used behind one extruder.

Spinning pumps in special pump construction
In addition to spinning pumps, we also offer chemical pumps in standard designs. Another important part of our portfolio is the construction of special pumps.
We can also carry out test runs close to real operating points on our in-house test bench.
We have already realised special chemical pumps according to customer requirements in a wide variety of designs. For example, ceramic pumps for pumping high-temperature brine working at temperatures above 500 °C.
Pumps for extreme design pressures up to 575 bar are also part of our portfolio.
The process is often significantly improved through the use of these pumps.
