Reactor Pumps
The WITTE reactor pumps are the discharge pumps of the POLY series. These pumps are used for emptying melt reactors in polymer production. Viscous polymer melt is sucked out of the reactor and conveyed through the pump. POLY pumps are used at different points in the process.

Other makes of gear pumps from other manufacturers are rebuilt in our workshops and equipped with higher quality and more durable shafts, bearings and seals. This allows throughputs to be increased and maintenance intervals to be extended. A cost-intensive new acquisition can thus be avoided. We can supply these spare parts for many makes of other large, well-known manufacturers. Especially for large discharge pumps, retrofitting can lead to significant improvements in the process and the end product.

Reactor pumps for the polymer industry
We can offer WITTE reactor pumps in different versions, with square or round inlet or with shortened inlet flange. Alternatively, we also develop solutions that are exactly adapted to the plant and the installation situation. Modified versions with the same footprint and double throughput are already in use at many customers. We can also consider the dimensions of a third-party product and replace it with a modified Witte version.
