The BOOSTER series is often used in polymer plants to build up the required process pressure. The Pressure Boosting pumps feature an extremely robust design and thus guarantee precise and reliable pressure build-up. When processing highly viscous polymer melts, these pumps can play off their advantages perfectly. The BOOSTER series is extremely robust.

A wide range of special materials is available for particularly demanding media with corrosive or abrasive properties. In this way, the pumps can be precisely matched to the application and case of application. Due to the precise design, long service lives and best efficiencies are achieved.
Pressure Boosting pumps for high pressure applications:
High-pressure pumps of the BOOSTER series are used in polymer production to build up the required process pressure. Our BOOSTER pumps are available in round or square designs. At the customer's request, we modify the pumps so that they can be installed as replacement pumps in the same dimensions but with increased throughput at the same location in the system. A conversion of reactors, pipes or flange connections is not necessary. Special designs according to customer requirements are also possible.

We also rebuild existing makes of other manufacturers according to your wishes. We can fall back on a wide range of shafts, bearings and seals in various materials. Many of the parts are available in our bearings in Germany, USA and China.

Pressure booster pumps as special pumps
In addition to the standard version of our Pressure Boosting pumps, we also offer our customers special solutions made to measure. On the one hand we convert pumps of other manufacturers with WITTE precision parts, on the other hand we can adapt our pumps so that a complete conversion of the system can be avoided. This means that throughputs can be increased despite the same dimensions.
