WITTE precision gear pumps belong to the group of positive displacement pumps. These types of pumps are used as delivery, transfer or metering pumps, but also to build up pressure in the chemical and plastics industries. Gear displacement pumps have been established for years in the production of prepolymers and polymers or for conveying chemicals and additives. Due to their precision, the positive displacement pumps have very good efficiencies and are therefore ideally suited for dosing applications.
- Displacement pumps of the CHEM series are extremely flexible in their design and can be offered in various variants and configurations thanks to a modular system.
- Positive displacement pumps for differential pressures up to 120 bar, suction pressures vacuum up to 15 bar
- Positive displacement pumps for temperatures up to max. 500 °C in combination with a magnetic coupling.
- Positive displacement pumps for viscosities up to 1,000,000 mPas or higher.
- Positive displacement pumps with flow rates from 20 l/h to 170,000 l/h
