Polymer Metering Pumps
Depending on the application, WITTE gear pumps of the CHEM, BOOSTER or POLY series are used for polymer dosing. The last types are particularly suitable for very viscous media with high viscosities. The POLY is mainly used to discharge the melt from the reactor, while the BOOSTER builds up the required process pressure. The entire process chain can thus be covered by WITTE pumps. CHEM is responsible for dosing the individual media and additives to prepare the prepolymer or polymer.
WITTE offers a worldwide spare part and repair service for all pumps. Many components of the standard pump program are available in the warehouses in the USA, Germany and China. On request, we also install the parts directly at the customer's site, as far as this is possible.
