WITTE offers paint metering pumps of the CHEM series for the metering of paints, varnishes, lyes, bases, additives and various other media. These pumps are suitable for use with low to medium viscosity media. Thanks to a modular system, a wide variety of material combinations are available for gear shafts and plain bearings. Thus, even difficult and critical media can be reliably pumped and the pumps achieve a long service life.
- Paint metering pumps of the CHEM series are extremely flexible in their design and can be offered in various variants and configurations thanks to a modular system.
- Paint metering pump for differential pressures up to 120 bar, suction pressures vacuum up to 15 bar
- Paint dosing pump for temperatures up to max. 500 °C in combination with a magnetic coupling.
- Paint metering pump for viscosities up to 1,000,000 mPas or higher.
- Paint dosing pump made of stainless steel, ceramics and special materials
In the case of highly flammable or critical media, the paint metering pumps can be equipped with a magnetic coupling. The non-contact drive ensures safe operation of the pumps.
Leaks can thus be excluded. In addition to the magnetic coupling, other sealing variants are available for the CHEM series. Mechanical seals in a wide variety of designs are mainly used.

Special pump design for paint metering pumps
In addition to standard chemical pumps, we also supply special pumps according to special customer requirements. We take over the complete engineering as well as the research and development work.
We can also carry out test runs close to real operating points on our in-house test bench.
We have already realized special chemical pumps according to customer requirements in a wide variety of designs. For example, ceramic pumps for pumping high-temperature brine working at temperatures above 500 degrees Celsius.
Pumps for extreme design pressures up to 575 bar are also part of our portfolio.
The process is often significantly improved through the use of these pumps.
