Laboratory dosing pumps have established themselves in use for test applications and dosing of very small quantities. The CHEM Mini series shows its strengths especially in pilot plants or laboratories.
- Laboratory dosing pumps of the CHEM series are extremely flexible in design and can be offered in various variants and configurations thanks to a modular system.
- Laboratory dosing pumps for differential pressures up to 120 bar, suction pressures vacuum up to 15 bar
- Laboratory dosing pumps for temperatures up to max. 500 °C in combination with a magnetic coupling.
- Laboratory dosing pumps for viscosities up to 1,000,000 mPas or higher.
- Laboratory dosing pumps with throughput from 20 l/h to 170,000 l/h
This series is also ideally suited for metering pumps for additives in the extrusion process. WITTE's laboratory dosing pumps deliver very small quantities of 0.2 ccm per revolution and can build up comparatively high pressures even with low-viscosity media.

Special pump design for laboratory dosing pumps
In addition to standard chemical pumps, we also supply special laboratory pumps according to special customer requirements. We take over the complete engineering as well as the research and development work.
We can also carry out test runs close to real operating points on our in-house test bench.
We have already realized laboratory dosing pumps according to customer requirements in a wide variety of designs. For example, ceramic pumps for pumping high-temperature brine working at temperatures beyond 500 degrees.
Laboratory metering pumps for extreme design pressures up to 575 bar are also part of our portfolio.
The process is often significantly improved through the use of these pumps.
