Due to their robust design, high-pressure gear pumps of the WITTE BOOSTER series are able to build up particularly high pressures with medium to highly viscous media. Special teeth reduce pulsation to a minimum and downstream tools can be reliably supplied with a constant product flow.

High-pressure gear pumps in special pump construction
High-pressure gear pumps of the BOOSTER series are used in polymer production to build up the required process pressure. Our BOOSTER pumps are available in round or square designs. On customer request we modify the pumps so that they can be installed as replacement pumps in the same dimensions but with increased throughput at the same location in the plant. A conversion of reactors, pipes or flange connections is not necessary. Special designs according to customer requirements are also possible.
