We have been designing and building gear pumps for a wide range of applications since 1984. Our portfolio ranges from small dosing pumps with 0.2 ccm/revolution to large polymer discharge pumps with volumes up to 25,000 ccm/revolution. Depending on the application, stainless steels or special materials can be used. The chemical and plastics industries in particular benefit from the use of gear pumps and their high efficiency.
- Gear pumps of the CHEM series are extremely flexible in their design and can be offered in various variants and configurations thanks to a modular system.
- Gear pumps for differential pressures up to 120 bar, suction pressures vacuum up to 15 bar
- Gear pumps for temperatures up to max. 500 °C in combination with a magnetic coupling.
- Gear pumps for viscosities up to 1,000,000 mPas or higher.
- Gear pumps made of stainless steel, ceramics and special materials
- Gear pumps with throughput from 20 l/h to 170,000 l/h
In addition to the sale of gear pumps, we offer a comprehensive spare parts, installation and repair service for our pumps. With offices in Shanghai and Atlanta, we are able to quickly and flexibly supply spare parts for standard pumps to many parts of the world.
