WITTE has been manufacturing gear pumps for a wide range of industrial applications since 1984. The portfolio now ranges from small dosing pumps with 0.2 ccm/rev to large polymer discharge pumps with volumes of up to 25,000 ccm/rev. Thanks to decades of experience, we can now offer pumps and components made of a wide variety of materials.
- Gear pump systems of the CHEM series are extremely flexible in design and can be offered in various variants and configurations thanks to a modular system.
- Gear pump systems for differential pressures up to 120 bar, suction pressures vacuum up to 15 bar
- Gear pump systems for temperatures up to max. 500 °C in combination with a magnetic coupling.
- Gear pump systems for viscosities up to 1,000,000 mPas or higher.
- Gear pump systems made of stainless steel, ceramics and special materials
Depending on the application, stainless steels or special materials are used. WITTE offers not only individual pumps, but also complete gear pump systems consisting of pump, base frame, drive, gear or converter. Further components upstream or downstream of the pumps can also be offered on request.
