Extrusion pumps
WITTE melt pumps are designed for use with extruders. As extruder success pumps, these pumps reduce the natural pulsation and build up the required pressure for the die.
Optionally, we equip the EXTRU melt pump series with our proven arrow toothing. Demanding melts are thus conveyed particularly gently. The pressure build-up by an extrusion pump is much more efficient than by the extruder. Dies can thus be filled evenly without fluctuations in delivery.
This effectively increases the quality of the end product and significantly reduces the reject rate. The EXTRU series is available in different versions. For example also as quick colour change version.

WITTE offers a comprehensive service for extrusion pumps. Maintenance and commissioning can also be booked. Engineers and fitters supervise the start-up process and monitor the installation of the pumps.

For example, the product quality can be significantly improved by using shafts with arrow teeth.
