Metering pumps
Witte chemical pumps are often used as metering pumps. CHEM series pumps are designed and assembled exclusively at the Tornesch site, thus guaranteeing maximum reliability and quality. On request, we offer a comprehensive spare parts service for all our series. In addition, we also install the pumps directly at our customers' facilities.
- Dosing pumps in the CHEM series are extremely flexible in design and can be offered in various versions and equipment thanks to a modular system.
- Dosing pumps as alcohol pumps for differential pressures up to 120 bar, vacuum suction pressures up to 15 bar
- Dosing pumps for temperatures up to max. 500 °C in combination with a magnetic coupling.
- Dosing pumps for viscosities up to 1,000,000 mPas or higher
- Dosing pumps made of stainless steel, ceramics and special materials
- Dosing pumps with flow rates from 20 l/h to 170,000 l/h
For metering pumps we also offer a comprehensive maintenance and repair service. We have spare parts for many pump sizes in standard designs in stock at our branches in Germany, the USA or China. In the event of damage, our service technicians can be on site within 24 hours in Europe and within 48 hours in most countries outside Europe.

Dosing pumps in special pump construction
In addition to standard chemical pumps, we also supply special pumps according to special customer requirements. We take over the complete engineering as well as the research and development work.
We can also carry out test runs close to real operating points on our in-house test bench.
We have already realized special chemical pumps according to customer requirements in a wide variety of designs. For example, ceramic pumps for pumping high-temperature brine working at temperatures above 500 degrees Celsius.
Pumps for extreme design pressures up to 575 bar are also part of our portfolio.
The process is often significantly improved through the use of these pumps.
