WITTE acid pumps are used for dosing and transferring a wide variety of acids.
As acid pumps, we manufacture the CHEM series exclusively in Tornesch, Germany, in compliance with the strictest quality criteria. In addition to design and assembly, we offer a comprehensive on-site service.
On request, our fitters can also install the pumps directly in the system and are on site during commissioning. For acid pumps of the CHEM series, a comprehensive modular system is available in the standard version with a large number of different materials.

- Acid pumps of the CHEM series are extremely flexible in their design and can be offered in various variants and equipment thanks to a modular system.
- Acid pumps for differential pressures up to 120 bar, suction pressures vacuum up to 15 bar
- Acid pumps for temperatures up to max. 500 °C in combination with a magnetic coupling.
- Acid pumps for viscosities up to 1,000,000 mPas or higher.

Acid pumps for the chemical industry
In addition to standard chemical pumps, we also supply special pumps according to special customer requirements. We take over the complete engineering as well as the research and development work.
We can also carry out test runs close to real operating points on our in-house test bench.
We have already realized special chemical pumps according to customer requirements in a wide variety of designs. For example, ceramic pumps for pumping high-temperature brine operating at temperatures above 500 °C.
Pumps for extreme design pressures up to 575 bar are also part of our portfolio.
The process is often significantly improved through the use of these pumps.
